We wanted to give you a little update and a inside look on our sustainable chocolate production season.

It's been a wild ride with cacao prices all over the place, but we're still on a mission to bring you the best single-origin, sustainable, direct-trade chocolate. Not just that but we are committed to being transparent about our process, from sourcing to production to your kitchen. 

We been visiting the co-ops we work with, spending time with the amazing cacaoteros families. They are the heart and soul behind our chocolate, and their dedication and passion shine through in every bean they harvest. And ultimate went into our chocolate.
