By producing our couverture at origin, we are able to be involved during critical stages of growth and fermentation, and we are able to respond nimbly to any challenges that arise during or between seasons.

Ecuador is home to the world-renowned Arriba Naciónal heirloom cacao. Arriba is prized for its ethereal floral aromas and divine fruity flavors. We have developed two different creation methods to highlight all this magical fruit has to offer – our Virgin (minimally processed) line and our traditional Roasted line
